MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

We’re sorry to see you go! If you’re considering canceling due to a medical or financial hardship, we may be able to help. Please give us a call or stop by the gym to discuss your options.

If you need to cancel for other reasons, all month-to-month memberships require a 30-day notice, meaning your next billing date will be your final charge.

To proceed with your cancellation, please fill out the Cancellation Request Form below.

Cancellation Process 

  1. Submit your information in the cancel request form.
  2. We will review and process your request to cancel.
  3. Your account will be put into a pending cancel state.
  4. Any payment within the next 30-days will be your final billing date.
  5. You will have access to the gym until the end of your final billing period.
