Group Training

PDX90 Group Training is our small-group, 90-day phased program where a trainer leads you and a few others through structured workouts designed to challenge you and move you toward your goals.

Support and accountability built through community.
Consistent schedule to help build a routine.
Express workouts. In and out in 30-minutes.
A trainer is always there to ensure exercise safety.

Yoga

Build strength, improve mobility, and reset your mind with our all-levels yoga classes. Whether you’re looking to recover, de-stress, or move better, our instructors guide you through purposeful flows that leave you feeling stronger and more balanced.

Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve posture, and build total-body control with mat Pilates. Focused, low-impact movements challenge stability, helping you move better inside and outside the gym.

Group Personal Training

Train with the support of a coach and the motivation of a partner. Our small group personal training lets you and a friend work directly with a trainer toward your specific goals with structure, accountability, and guaranteed progress.
