Yes. We offer free parking for members behind our building. Enter via the road alongside the building at 52nd Avenue. Street parking is also available in front of the gym.
Members under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at sign-up. Members under 15 are required to work out with a parent or guardian at all times. These policies are required by our liability insurance and are strictly enforced.
Yes. We offer Group Exercise classes, which are included for Premium members. We also provide PDX90 Group Training. For more information, please visit our membership information page.
Yes. A new joining fee applies if you cancel and later decide to rejoin.
Yes. We are open 24/7 on all holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
You may cancel at any time with 30 day notice. Cancellation can be completed in person by filling out a form, or by calling the gym to receive instructions for submitting cancellation via email. There are no cancellation fees—only your final month’s dues.
For member safety, our doors are locked from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours, entry is limited to members using their key tag.
Our facility includes a fully equipped weight training room with dozens of machines and over 20 tons of free weights, three cardio studios, a multipurpose group exercise space, and locker rooms. Check out our gallery for a look at what we have.
Yes. Members may bring one local guest for a single complimentary workout to try out the gym.
Day-use lockers are available at no cost while you work out. We do not provide locks, so please bring your own. All personal items, including locks, must be removed when you leave.
