Meet Colton
Colton is a passionate personal trainer with a love for the great outdoors and a firm belief in the power of functional fitness. Having hiked the Appalachian Trail and the Colorado Trail, Colton believes that movement is medicine and that fitness should be accessible to everyone.
He brings a unique perspective to fitness that combines the strength of nature, the inherent wisdom of the body, and the science of exercise. Outside the gym and the trail Colton spends his time meditating, reading, and cooking up his next great meal.
