Our personal trainers utilize a Mobile Fitness Hub which features a plethora of advanced fitness tracking options to augment your training experience. The hub includes third-party fitness app integration, workout tracking, bio age, activity tracking, and so much more.

Connected app integration will enable you to see all your health and activity information gathered in the fitness hub. 

Workout tracking allows you to create your own workouts or to use trainer assigned workout programs. Tracking is a vital part of fitness progression.

Bio Age is a holistic health overview benchmark based on fitness, endurance, and strength. As you progress with a personal trainer your bio age will be a great indicator of fitness growth.

In small group personal training sessions, you’ll be working directly with a certified personal trainer who will put you through an intense workout tailored towards your desired results. Alongside this workout they will also provide personalized fitness education and accountability.
